You say this is an unpleasant topic; but it is a very important topic to talk about. Keeping our colon healthy is extremely important and can help keep us free from numerous problems, one of which could be colon cancer. Fibre, soluble and non-soluble, is key to keeping the colon clean. We need to watch what we eat and avoid the white food products, ie: white sugar, white flour, white rice, etc. I chose to cleanse my colon by eliminating all meat, wheat and dairy products from my diet for a period of time. I am sure the Almighty Cleanse is a good product and I wish you well. I am sure you will notice a big difference and perhaps lose a few pounds. It is surprising how much old fecal matter can weigh.

I don't know what to say except that I am shocked. I understand your former feelings; but I am glad that you have published the name of the treatment centre. People to stay clear of that place. I'm thinking they should be investigated as to their procedures for cancer treatment. Anyway, thanks for alerting the public.

A very interesting article and so true. I was one of the lucky ones I guess, I did not experience fatigue; but did experience weakness in my body. I took on an exercise program a little too vigorously after my chemo and had to slow down some. Thanks for alerting people to this phase of life after cancer.

I thought I was the only one who thought there was something fishy about the rules for the Breast cancer walk. My daughter who is 26yrs old had both her breasts removed. She heard about the walk and was so excited to help. She wanted me to do the walk with her and I agreed. I was going to pay her and my registration fee of $90 and give it to her for her upcoming birthday. When I went on line, what I saw, really sickened me.A commitment of $2200 per person? Taking what was not fulfilled of the commitment out of my credit card? If you don't have the money then you should not participate in the event? I wonder how much of the money actually goes to the charity. They have a team of PR people to get you motivated. They have a online store to buy gear for the walk....I do not feel comfortable about this. I can't afford $4400 for her and I to walk. I am going to report this to the State Attorney General's Office..

I enjoyed visiting your site. I could not believe what I read about the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. You are not wrong in my opinion. It seems ridiculous to have to pay $65.00 to participate and especially for someone who is a breast cancer survivor. But reading further, I, too, feel outraged to think that if they don't raise the amount of $1,800 that they must pay the difference. That's a penalty and why would anyone enter. I'm not sure that I will be buying any more products from Avon.
